  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of core infrastructure, including onboarding new regions and supporting new product features.
  • Support product and engineering teams by managing infrastructure, enabling them to focus on feature development and bug fixes.

Key accomplishments:

  • Led a company-wide Terraform/OpenTofu rebuild, designing and implementing scalable infrastructure, onboarding multiple teams, and establishing best practices for maintainable Infrastructure as Code.
  • Built a company-wide CLI in Golang from scratch, now used daily by front-end, back-end, infrastructure, and finance teams to streamline workflows.
  • Developed a High Availability core alerting system using Python, AWS Lambda, and SQS, through which all alerts are filtered and routed to the appropriate destinations; became a critical component for incident response across the company.
  • Migrated the most critical CI workflow to GitHub Actions from Jenkins, resolving significant technical debt while achieving faster, cache-efficient, and more reliable pipelines.
